The buyer has 14 days from the time of receiving the item to make sure it functions and works as stated. If there are any problems with the functionality of the item, please send an email stating the problem to KarTechInds@gmail.com within the 14 day period. We will respond to your email as quickly as possible. We strive to accurately describe our Items. If you wish to have the item replaced due a defect in the functionality of the item, the buyer must send the item back within 14 days of the buyer's receipt of the item in order to process a replacement. Car-Tek will issue a replacement for all defective items. Only if no replacement is in stock will Car-Tek will issue a refund. Buyer is responsible for return freight when returning a item.
